 RSC Meetings

 Our meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of         every month, 7pm at our Clubhouse.

 

 Range Gate and Lock
 Opened while using the Range, Locked when you leave the Range year round
until further notice. Keys are for members only! Shoot only at Club approved Targets!

 

Range and Shoots "Think Safety"

Please do not move the targets from in front of the berms, they are there for SAFTEY!

Do Not put live rounds in the trash can!!!

 

   Range Rules "Raymond Sportsman's Club"                                                             

 1)  Range Is for the Use of RSC Members, Their Guests and Raymond Police only.                                                              2) Shoot Only from Benches or Edge of Concrete Firing Platform on the Rifle range.
3) Make Certain Range Is Clear and Red "Range Hot" Flag Is Flying When Using the Rifle or Pistol Range.
4) Shoot Only at Club Approved Targets. (I.E. Paper or Cardboard)
5) All Loaded Firearms Will Be Pointed down Range.
6) All Unloaded Firearms Will Be Visually Checked, Placed in the Rack or Cased.
7) All Firearms Will Be Visually Checked and Stowed Before Anyone Is Permitted down Range.
8) All Brass, Unfired Rounds, Trash Etc., Will Be Picked Up and Disposed of in Appropriate Locations.
9) No Alcoholic Beverages Are Allowed at the Range.
10) All Common Sense Safety Rules Will Be Strictly Adhered to by All Present

Deer Pool is closed, so far Steve Hopper has in state at 143 pounds and out of state is Tim Layman with 142.

 

HOLIDAY PARTY/POT LUCK DINNER

All members and family are welcome to the Holiday Party/Pot Luck Dinner.

Yankee Swap will follow after dinner.

January 9th 2010 @ 6 p.m.

If you wish to participate in the Yankee Swap, please bring a gift and limit the cost of the gift to approximately $10.00

 

Game Dinner 

Also, on February 27th 2010 we will have our Annual Game Dinner @ 6 p.m. After dinner will have the annual gift raffles.

50th Anniversary of Raymond Sportsman’s Club is next march 20th. Expect invitation in the mail the beginning of the year. If anyone has pictures, movies, etc we would be interested. Contact Pres. or Vice-pres. or contact the newsletter the email address or phone # is at the bottom of newsletter.

Boy Scouts – Mark Zeller is the new Scout Master for Troop 100.

 

Spacetown Beagles next event not until 2010.

Website – Is now on Face book and there is a link on the club’s home page to access it and become a fan.

Chief Hunter Education instructor and Newsletter chairperson needed. Frank is stepping down as chief instructor as is Harry from chairperson of the newsletter the last edition will be March 2010.
