Range Shoots 2008 September 21st 2008 Running Deer Shoot !st Place – Richard Gorman 2^nd Place – Paul Hammond 3^rd Place – James Surprenant We had a nice day for the Running Deer shoot, and had plenty of laughs. The Deer was running pretty good this year. We had to have a shoot off to settle third place. Richard said “ oh my shots are all high”, but he got twice the score of most of us. I think I would leave the gun sighted where it is. We all had a good time out on the range. See you next shoot. Bill October 19^th 2008 Turkey Shoot 1^st Place – Dave “CRASH” Baker 2^nd Place – Bill Lane 3^rd Place - Richard Gorman We had a nice day for our last shoot of the year. We had two ”robo turkeys”, pumpkins, clover, and a “T”. I had to talk Dave into shooting, let him use my gun, and my ammo, and then he takes First Place! Next time I will make him use the sticks and string he is suppose to be shooting with.(just kidding) Congrats to Dave. Thanks to all who helped at the shoots this year. Do Not put live rounds in the trash can!!! Range Rules "Raymond Sportsman's Club" 1) Range Is for the Use of RSC Members, Their Guests and Raymond Police only. 2) Shoot Only from Benches or Edge of Concrete Firing Platform on the Rifle range. 3) Make Certain Range Is Clear and Red "Range Hot" Flag Is Flying When Using the Rifle or Pistol Range. 4) Shoot Only at Club Approved Targets. (I.E. Paper or Cardboard) 5) All Loaded Firearms Will Be Pointed down Range. 6) All Unloaded Firearms Will Be Visually Checked, Placed in the Rack or Cased. 7) All Firearms Will Be Visually Checked and Stowed Before Anyone Is Permitted down Range. 8) All Brass, Unfired Rounds, Trash Etc., Will Be Picked Up and Disposed of in Appropriate Locations. 9) No Alcoholic Beverages Are Allowed at the Range. 10) All Common Sense Safety Rules Will Be Strictly Adhered to by All Present
