      Range Shoots 2008

September 21st 2008 Running Deer Shoot

!st Place – Richard Gorman

2nd Place – Paul Hammond

3rd Place – James Surprenant

We had a nice day for the Running Deer shoot, and had plenty of laughs. The Deer was running pretty good this year. We had to have a shoot off to settle third place. Richard said “ oh my shots are all high”, but he got twice the score of most of us. I think I would leave the gun sighted where it is. We all had a good time out on the range. See you next shoot. Bill

October 19th  2008 Turkey Shoot

1st Place – Dave “CRASH” Baker

2nd Place – Bill Lane

3rd Place -  Richard Gorman

We had a nice day for our last shoot of the year. We had two ”robo turkeys”, pumpkins, clover, and a “T”. I had to talk Dave into shooting, let him use my gun, and my ammo, and then he takes First Place! Next time I will make him use the sticks and string he is suppose to be shooting with.(just kidding) Congrats to Dave. Thanks to all who helped at the shoots this year. Hope to see you all in the spring and good luck hunting. Bill
