September 10, 2006 “Running Deer” Shoot 1st Place – Rich Paiva 2nd Place –Charlie Shorten 3rd Place – James Surprenant We all had a great day outside and shooting. We had thirteen shooters come out and give it a try. We got two of our new members place in the top three, congrats to them. Thanks to Richard Gorman for supplying the running deer target. I did some welding to repair the trolley so it won’t keep jumping the cable. Thanks to all whop came out. Thanks Bill

Annual Christmas Party December 16th at 7 pm will be our Christmas party. Everyone bring a dish for the pot luck and gift up to $10.00 for the Yankee swap.
Bingo July will be here soon enough, think bingo!
Boy scouts The boy scouts gave RSC a plaque thanking us for our support of their soccer league. The scouts are having a camp out December 15th and 16th at the club. Also they will be having a Klondike Derby on February 2nd & 3rd of 2007.

Spacetown Beagle Repairing fence along club parking lot to the brook. Trapping course coming up Richie will give date for those who are interested.

Recreation The all day deep sea fishing trip was a lot of fun. Congratulations to Don Johnson for catching the biggest fish 17 lb. wolfish.
October 1,2006 Muzzleloader Shoot 1st Place – Bill Lane 2nd Place – George Nugent 3rd Place – Brad Wright We had a damp rainy day for shooting black powder with plenty of smokin’ and chockin’. We also tried cutting the playing card with a bullet and splitting the bullet on a axe head to break two sporting clays at the same time, some guys made it happen. Thanks to Doug Wright for scorekeeping. The Turkey shoot on October 22nd is the last shoot of the season so come on out for the fun! Thanks to all, Bill P.S. there maybe a breakfast before shoot, if interested check at next meeting October 18th.
