held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month,

By Law Changes Recreation Committee remove, and following changes proposed: Article XI Section 3 now reads: Order of business at second regular meeting of each month shall be as follows: (third Wednesday of each month) 1. Roll call of Officers and Committee Chairpersons. 2. Reading of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Payment of bills. 4. Reading of applications for membership. 5. Report of officers, communications, and committees. (Excluding Treasurer’s report.) 6. Motions shall not be entertained except in case of an emergency or of a pertinent nature and then only by a recommendation from the Advisory Board, with the exception to accept or correct minutes and the motion to adjourn. 7. Adjournment. Will be voted on next voting meeting. |
